As the COO, Charlene is helping to shape the vision and develop strategies to for QuickChartMD to address one of the world’s most challenging inequities: access to healthcare and the provision of quality healthcare in developing countries.
Ontario Ministry of Health Grant Project Manager
The Ontario Ministry of Health (MOH) dedicated funding to examine the structures, processes and barriers to nursing leadership in long-term care homes in a three phase project over 12 months. Charlene is overseeing the operation of the phases that include multiple in-depth literature reviews (submitted), interviews, and Institute for Clinical Evaluation (ICES) data.

A Canadian Gerontological Nursing Association funded project. Helped write the grant, found and established a relationship with the research site, made strategic partnerships with the National School of Ballet and The School of Toronto Dance Theater.
